FAQ

Questions from the crypt

Is this an official NFL app?

No. It's not affiliated with the NFL, just a fan project.

Do I need a passcode?

No. Gameday is open to anyone with the link. If you want it locked on your phone, turn on App lock in Team settings: a PIN plus Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint, set up on each phone.

Does it work with my fantasy league?

It works with ESPN leagues. Just add your own league ID. For a private league, your league manager has to turn on Make League Viewable to Public first.

Does it store my ESPN login?

No. No ESPN cookies are ever stored. Your league and team are saved only on your phone.

Why do highlights open YouTube?

The NFL blocks its YouTube videos from playing inside other sites, so highlights open on YouTube.
